My name is Ley Falkner and I would like to serve and represent you as your Justice Court Judge of the Southern District. I am a lifetime resident of Lafayette County and both a husband and a father. My wife, Donna Hurdle Falkner, and I have lived in the Southern District for almost 30 years. We raised both of our sons here, Barkley and Reed Falkner, and it would be an honor to represent you as Judge of our district.

I attended the University of Mississippi and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. I had the opportunity to serve our community as a Nursing Home Administrator, and humbly did so for 31 years. After retirement I started Falkner Farms, which my son Reed and I currently operate together. I am an active member of First Baptist Church Oxford and enjoy spending time with my seven grandchildren.

The experiences of my life and my career have prepared me for this position. In my career, I listened and served residents, families and employees, while working with state agencies and performing administrative duties. I have proven myself to be professional, honest and accountable. I look forward to bringing these same qualities to this county and this district. I humbly ask for your vote on November 5th, 2024.
