Request Use of a County Facility

To request the use of a county facility, groups must submit a Facility Use Permit at least 30 days before they wish to reserve a space. The form can also be downloaded on County Administrator’s page. This form should be submitted to the County Administrator’s Office, via email or in person, and will be processed in three to five business days.

All groups are limited to one reservation per month. All events must take place Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Groups are liable for any damages caused during their reservation and must be able to provide evidence of a minimum $1 million in liability and property insurance.
